While I'm stuck at work, I'll briefly brief you on last week.
Monday: 6 miles of hills
Tuesday: 7 miles slow, then six 1/4 mile intervals at about 90 second average, then 2 mile cool off.
Wednesday: 3 miles junk run
Thursday: 15 mile long run. Felt good for 13, but last couple were troublesome. Almost hurled afterwards. WTF? Never done that before.
Saturday: 6 miles junk run-beach-beer-fishing
Sunday: 6 miles back and forth over Perdido pass bridge.
This week? More of the same.
Oh yeah, the shoes fit better now.
