A couple weeks ago, someone was kind enough to bump into my mustang and then drive off anonymously from the CHURCH parking lot. After I finished throwing up and crying, I took her to the body shop where she was painted just 4 years ago following restoration. Repair estimate-$582. I've now filed this with insurance, and got the green light to proceed with the repair. So hopefully next week this little love bump can disappear.
Meanwhile, I ran 7 fabulous miles yesterday:
Miles 1&2 warm up @ 9:13/minute pace;
1/2 mile @ 7:03 then 1/4 mile jog;
1/2 mile @ 6:50 then 1/4 mile jog;
1/2 mile @ 6:43 then 1/4 mile jog;
2/3 mile @ 6:20 then 1/4 mile jog;
1/2 mile @ 6:43 then 1/4 mile jog;
Finished to 7 miles with slow jog.
Felt freakin' awesome the whole time. You know, every once in a while, ya have that mysterious peak run or breakthrough run. Yesterday was one of those days. Can't explain it, but I did have on new shoes.......
Today was an off day, and we once again visited R&R Seafood for fresh crawfish/fried shrimp and cold BEER. This seafood habit is becoming expensive.
Anyway, I'm sure you've got better stuff to do, like the dishes. So I'll say adios. And enjoy this fine weekend.

I guess the fellow parishioner doesn't believe in the 10 commandments. glad to hear your baby will be fixed soon. Great job on the 7 - I love when everything comes together!
